2024 Noosa Festival of Surfing Highlights

The 2024 Noosa Festival of Surfing has drawn to a close, leaving behind a legacy of exceptional waves and vibrant cultural experiences for it’s 33rd year

Over the course of nine days, surfers from across the globe were treated to the pumping waves at the legendary sand-bottom points of Noosa Heads. A privilege rarely experienced with such exclusivity. With only a handful of people out in the lineup, competitors relished the opportunity to showcase their talents and put on a show for spectators each and every day.

Beyond the waves, the festival offered a diverse array of activities catering to both surf enthusiasts and spectators alike. Attendees immersed themselves in the broader cultural experience, with art shows, international surf film premiers and the always fun pop-up beach bar presented by the legends at Gage Roads.

It is our absolute privilege to organise this reputable festival every year. An event we have taken great responsibility in delivering for the last 6 years (since 2019). We cover everything from initial stakeholder engagement with local council, the local community and community groups. Event logistics including site management, procurement of suppliers, bar operations, sponsorship acquisition, management and execution as well as delivering a 5 star surf contest for over 400 competitors from around the world.

The most exciting news we are pleased to announce is that we have signed a new 5 year contract extension to continue to manage/organise this highly reputable event.
